Flapwrap Exchange and Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refund but we are happy to offer exchange within the first 7 days of your delivery date.

Eligibility for Exchanges

We only replace items if they are due to our error – e.g. defective, damaged, wrong item, or wrong colour.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with attached tag.
  • Sale items, gifts or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
  • If the item for exchange is out of stock, we will offer another item with the same price.
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
